We work closely with you to design a gift that reflects your company branding. The basket is always photographed with a list of contents for approval.
Yes! We specialize in designing gift baskets for holidays, corporate events, and trade shows. We work closely with you to create a gift that is perfect for that occasion. Every gift design is approved by the client.
We offer customized welcome gifts for corporate or personal events. The welcome gifts are customized for each event and feature Shop Small businesses. We have a minimum order of 10 welcome gifts.

Yes, we can design and package a custom gift basket with purchased items and product collateral provided by the client. A photo of the gift basket design is sent to the client for approval.

Gift Baskets need to be returned in 14 days after the delivery date in the ordinal packaging. Please contact customer service department for assistance on returns.
We ship all our gift baskets with FedEx or UPS. Please note that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date (not a guaranteed delivery date).

If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address it will be returned to Penny's Gift Baskets. FEDEX charges a fee of $10.00 to return the package and unfortunately that cost it will be charged to your account. Please understand that delivery services do not always contact us that a problem with delivery has occurred. If the package is returned, we will contact you, to insure that the package is re-delivered in a timely manner.
