Gift Baskets need to be returned in 14 days after the delivery date in the ordinal packaging. Please contact customer service department for assistance on returns.
Delivery and Shipping Policies
We ship all our gift baskets with FedEx or UPS. Please note that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date (not a guaranteed delivery date).
During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship chocolate gift baskets with ice packs to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. They must also be shipped via FEDEX and cannot be shipped over the weekend. This insures that gifts basket contents arrive in perfect condition and guarantees 100% satisfaction.
What if we get an incorrect address?
If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address it will be returned to Penny's Gift Baskets. FEDEX charges a fee of $10.00 to return the package and unfortunately that cost it will be charged to your account. Please understand that delivery services do not always contact us that a problem with delivery has occurred. If the package is returned, we will contact you, to insure that the package is re-delivered in a timely manner.
Due to a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of certain specific items. When this situation does occur we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
Collection of Information
We collect personal information, names, addresses, e-mail address, etc., that is voluntarily submitted as a visitor to our site. The information you provide is used solely to fulfill a request; unless permission is given to be added on our e-mail list.
Distribution of Information
